How do I get the latest price and availability?

Use the enquiry form or contact ARFL on WhatsApp. Share the project and configuration you prefer so we can request the current price sheet, availability and payment terms.

Can I arrange a site visit or virtual consultation?

Yes. Choose Book Site Visit or Schedule Virtual Consultation under the optional preferences in the enquiry form. Our team can coordinate the next steps and confirm the available arrangements.

Can I enquire while living outside India or the UAE?

Are all photographs actual views of the project?

No. Project material may include actual photographs, sample interiors, stock imagery or architectural renderings. Confirm the image type and the current construction status for your selected project.

Yes. ARFL REALTY FIRST was formerly known as Aditya Realty. Our office is at 307, 3rd Floor, Spaces 912, Above Brand Factory, Near Pleasant Park, Mira Bhayander Road, Mira Road (East), Thane 401107 INDIA.

Is ARFL REALTY FIRST a developer?

No. ARFL REALTY FIRST is an independent property advisor. We help you shortlist projects, request current developer documents and arrange site or virtual visits. The developer sells the property.

Is ARFL REALTY FIRST registered with RERA?

Yes. ARFL REALTY FIRST is registered as a real estate agent with MahaRERA (Registration No. A51700016361) and with WBRERA in West Bengal (Registration No. WBRERA/A/KOL/2023/000051). Always check the project's own RERA registration before you book.

Can NRIs buy property in India through ARFL?

Yes. NRIs and OCI cardholders can buy residential and commercial property in India. Agricultural land, plantation property and farmhouses are not allowed under FEMA rules. We help with shortlisting, video consultations and virtual site visits.

Can Indians buy property in Dubai through ARFL?

What should I verify before booking?

Request the current cost sheet, applicable project registration and approvals, area details, agreement terms, payment schedule and possession information. Verify these with the developer and your independent advisers before paying or signing.
